One thing i would point out is the default tip rate setting on the machine is too low. 5%, 8% is not helpful for the people who are dealing with customers. It would be kinder to set the default amounts as seen at other places @ 10%, 15%, 20% with the additional 'other' option. This gives the customers the option to give generously easily while also motivating the workers to continue to provide great service.
Please also add bagel + butter on the menu.
