There were only 2 people covering the counter as mall workers arrived. Waited 8 minutes for a tea after my order was deleted from the prep screen. At least half a dozen more complex orders for people who arrived after me were completed while I waited. The only consistent thing here is absurd wait times due to disorganization

Edit: same disorganized outright rude staff working again. No tea brewed. 8 customers who arrived after me got their orders first. They want me to create an account to discuss the matter further. Avoid Avoid Avoid
