I 1000% would NOT recommend Veronica Odu as a family doctor for MANY reasons.
1. You have to book an appointment for EVERY SIMPLE THING that other doctors would accommodate you over the phone with…$$$$
2. Messed up my daughters vaccines dates. Received it at wrong timing
3. Not the friendliest
4. Had to switch her because I complained about bloating every night for over a year and im now diagnosis with colon cancer. So if she did her job correctly, the Polyps i had wouldn’t have turned into cancer. First thing my new doctor did when I complained was scheduled me for a colonoscopy, WHICH SHE DID NOT DO. She basically dismissed it and Jeopardize my health/life.
Always get a second opinion!!!!

The black receptionist (girl) is VERY RUDE to patients, Ive seen it and experienced it. Not just once, ALL THE TIME….keep your personal problems at home! She needs to be replaced, her disgusting behaviour should NOT be allowed. That doctor will lose patients because of HER!
