Lovely Vietnamese cafe in Joondalup. Nice and strong Vietnamese iced coffee and the BMT was superb. Good selection of salads and rice paper rolls to take away too. Close the Hospital so worth a walk down the road if you happen to be there

Lovely little cafe they do great espresso, batch brew and cold brews for you non milk coffee drinkers. Bagels are great too. My favourite cafe in Perth
