What a commanding view this place has. The original owner must have scouted this property out. I think this house was built in the mid 1890's after all the choice lots were sold,
It's the closest full service marina to the Atlantic ocean. It has docking space for visiting boaters. At a fair price. People can live on there boats and want for nothing. Within the marina and just outside of it is anything you would ever need. From laundry services to supermarkets pharmacies hotels. And so on.
I like North beach for its seclusion. It's the last beach to fill up before the park closes. Most people won't use it because of the long walk from the parking area's.
