Comparing with Canadian banquet hall

- The banquet hall was big enough to take 1000 guests, you can divide to two hall
- The broccoli soup was so good, the main course ( beef & chicken) also good
- The salad not good presentation as usual
- They not serve antipasto, dessert buffet and coffee or tea!
- The services was good but need more training for hospitality
- The bar don’t have that much of options, they served whiskey, vodka and wine only
- The sound system was good
- The banquet hall have vintage style

I waiting more than 2 years to see if there is any difference, but the same as last visit for me there is many issues

Disadvantages
1- The waiters not get enough and proper training about services and hospitality
2- The food came cold and the quality of the kabab not good for second dishes, as you can see in the picture, the piece of kabab it look like some one smash it, and the bread was burned
3- The food came and bottle of water not coming yet
4- Waiting time to get your order very long, specially Thursday night not busy at all.

Advantage
1- Decoration of the restaurant very nice and Iraqi vintage
2- Good idea if you have a small party
3- They have a traditional way to cook the fish on real Charcoal, but if you want to try you need to order hour ahead

1- The service was excellent with high level of manners and hospitality
2- The waiters working hard to give you best service ever
3 - The falafel plate was so yummy but the salad ( cucumber and lettuce) weren’t fresh
4 - The hookah in the beginning was good but after 35 min start gave me burned taste
5- Turkish coffee and Mango juice so good and yummy
6- The place was cleaned and organized

They have a very good team specially in MRI department, all the time the area clean and organize, all the appointments booked in advance and all the time called you on time, they are taken care about each patient and they are very nice crew “ specially the night shift team “
In general the hospital very clean and after they done the renovation, now more organized.
The have very unique gift shop and they have many souvenirs and many items for new born baby was hand made , i support this gift shop because all the money goes to help and support the hospital.
All the workers in the gift shops they are volunteers adding for that, they are very very nice people ever in the world 😍😍

I put the 3 stars for the food and hookah both was very good but why i didn’t put the 2 more stars for two reasons:-
- The workers are good but they need some training of ( services & hospitality), i ask them to bring empty dishes and spoons and forks because they bring the food only
- The restaurant need some deep cleaning and more organizing , the windows and doors was dirty, the outdoor area need more clean
