This spot was highly anticipated by me. I saw many items on the menu that had me hoping for quality meats like Park’s KBBQ in Los Angeles, but the meal fell short. Hannah was nice and the staff members were understanding and quick but the food was the issue for me.
Their bulgogi came as brisket with a bulgogi marinade as a dipping sauce. (I was so confused.) the meat was cooked well but it didn’t taste marinated at all. And when I asked why, they told me I had to dip it in the sauce. Which was too wrong for me.
The LA Galbi was done right and tasted wonderful and beautiful! As much as it redeemed my time there, the pricing is seriously steep. I guess… non-Asians would appreciate this more.
The rice cakes… were weird. The japchae was ok. And the steamed egg was there. But I’m not sure I really can recommend anything except for the steamed egg. It was just too different from what I’m used to. I came for an authentic taste and I left feeling cheated.

I kid you not when I say that they have the BEST fish and chips I’d ever eaten!! Their white fish is just so succulent, melts in your mouth, reminding you that amazing food can be found ANYWHERE. Add truffle fries to the mix and a not overwhelming tarter sauce and it’s so unforgettable. The servers were so kind and friendly, and the speed of the kitchen allowed us to catch our flight in time. Thank GOD for people who know how to make fish!! So thankful!!! I went on a cruise and this fish tasted better. Wow!!!
Before knowing the name of this lookout point, I walked closer to the edge and felt my legs go weak before I pulled back. Another cameraman called out to me and told me he felt uneasy watching me and showers me the ledge I was inching towards the end of… AND AAAH!!! But the shot was pretty worth it!!
