Okay Nanjing / Shanghai style wontons. The Nanjing wontons tasted sour - the meat was not fresh anymore. I hope I won’t have food poisoning afterwards… the soup was delicious though.
The smoked fish was not crispy and tasted way too sweet for the Nanjing style.
The crispy pancakes were the highlight. Too bad they didn’t have the normal suger filling.

Ordered UberEats and it exceeded my expectations. We ordered the Ginseng Chicken Soup and the abalone jook / congee - both were so so good for the soul in a rainy day. The beef goes so well with the abalone jook too. The portions were huge so we couldn’t finish everything.
Will definitely come back and dine in next time.

The best food we had on our trip in Lima! Peruvian with an Asian twist. Loved every single dish. The ambiance and the service were also top notched. Just msg them on WhatsApp to book a table. No credit card guarantee needed, no hassle booking at all.
The duck dish was 🔥🔥🔥 (we ordered the Tom Yam flavor but I’m sure the other ones are as good).
This place truly lives up to the hype!!

Our go-to place for authentic Szechuan cuisine. One of the best in N America and not your Americanized Szechuan at all. You’ll find some authentic dishes you don’t normally find in an average Szechuan restaurant such as 钵钵鸡 (cold skewers in chili oils) or toothpick lamb. Highly recommend if you like the spicy and numbing tastes of Szechuan food!
Not what it used to be but still a good Hunan restaurant. This used to be our favorite Chinese restaurant in NY bc of its authentic Hunan flavor. The most recent visit left me disappointed however. Some of the Hunan dishes (like the taro soup) were no longer on the menu, and the dishes we ordered no longer tasted authentically Hunanese. The spicy king prawns tasted very bland. The portions had def gone smaller too…
Not sure if they changed chefs or ownership but it is not it used to be. The food was still not bad if you lower the expectations.
