Definitely worth the time. We went up on a weekday for a look around and a little light hiking. A fair amount of hiking is available there. Close to Morrison, which is a nice place to visit with plenty of restaurants, etc.

A nice Denver Metro light rail station with a coffee shop in the renovated old rail station. Good parking. Easy walking distance into Old Town Littleton.
