Dined here early on New Year’s Eve, and totally enjoyed the experience.
Started out with an old-fashioned and this was the only thing that could be improved, it was good but not great (a bit too sweet for my taste and it came with a cloudy ice cube not clear) I give it 3.5 out of 5.
Everything else we had here was outstanding.
- Fried green tomatoes were cooked perfectly Crispy on the outside and not oily at all tomato was tasty and the remoulade rounded it out. 5 out of 5
- Braised short rib was excellent, reduction was delicious, rich and full of flavor from the wine and other spices along with the veggies. 5 out of 5
- jambalaya pasta, very good, plenty of protein, great sauce, very enjoyable. In my opinion could have used a touch more spice cooked in ( I understand that may not have be for everyone) 4.5 out of 5
- Desert rocked bourbon cake? I think - what I do now is that it was fantastic. Cake, ice cream, sauce 5 out of 5.
Service was excellent as well. Can’t wait to go back.

This place has great shaved ice, large portions, many flavors, and very tasty as well. Check it out - best combination of quality and price in the area. Only thing that would make it better is if there was a place to sit and enjoy it near the pickup window.
