Recently (last year) moved from US and got myself assigned to Dr. Seif. He has been amazing so far. Answering my questions patiently. Explaining everything in detail. Due to covid, everything has become virtual but that has not stopped Dr. Seif from explaining and making me comfortable with all my questions. Also got my Tdap and will be getting a flu shot in the upcoming days by the Dr. I have a fear of injections and his humor distracted me enough to not realize that I got the shot. I don't have the heart to review this place with anything other than a 4 rating because the doctor has been amazing! But....

Something that I strongly dislike about this place, is that the experience with the receptionist, that has always been extremely disappointing, very rude, dismissive, not letting me complete my sentences, putting me on hold for 30mins and getting back again and asking me my name, creating some confusion between the Dr and me by passing incorrect information over and many more. If I could skip talking to the receptionist and directly speak with the Dr that would be great ! :) I dread calling this place only because of the receptionist . Hope she gets a good training on dealing with patients on the phone and should develop some empathy and listening skills too. My husband had a similar experience too. Hoping to speak to a trained receptionist next time !
