Maybe it would be interesting and polite towards the public to inform them when you are closed for works... like today, 25.10.24 where I had to come to the museum to realize that it was closed for Works without any notification whatsoever anywhere, including your website. Should someone belong to the Italian mafia in order to have inside information and to know what's going on firsthand?

Bad service, took them 15 minutes to prepare just a simple filter coffee ( tall) and the portion/quantity they put in my reusable cup was not correct ( it was Tiny in comparison to other countries because I always order the same thing in Starbucks). I also had to actively remind them to apply the discount for my reusable cup otherwise they would have charged me extra. Oh and Bad hygiene!
