Very cute coffee shop for chilling or studying/working. Has a great seating area which makes it great for sitting for long hours. It's located in a historic building so it has a cute vintage vibe. It's hands down the nicest Balzac's location in Toronto.

As with all Balzac's, the drinks are slightly overpriced but it has nice specialty/seasonal drinks.

Okay study spot. Seating area is good but the smell of food is medium strong which might be annoying if you're sitting there to study for long hours. Prices are reasonable and there's quite a variety of everything. Doesn't have too many plugs if you're looking into plugging your laptop.

Also the internet is spotty some days. I had trouble with meetings specially.
