My son just had ACL surgery and we were recommended NOT to take aspirin after surgery stating that individuals under 20 should not be taking aspirin, my child is huge one and to prevent blot clots at a low dose is fine two. Upper Chesapeake should consider who they are staffing and what their staffs education level actually is and what they inform the families. As a former CNA and medical assistant this definitely has me questioning the professional of the hospital. Besides the fact that they were confused on the insurance paper work. This place really should be shut down due to the lack of professionalism!
Our surgeon was great but ALL my experiences with Upper have been below par.
Besides the fact I know someone who almost lost his life over a blood clot from Upper Chesapeake.
