Terrible hospital.The Dr’s do not care about the patients, we were told lies as we were waiting regarding a referral being sent to hospice care. My grandmother was supposed to be leaving by ambulance at 5pm. They changed the time to 7pm, it is now 9pm. I finally go out to check with the secretary, as no one has come back to check on us and no one is around see what is going on and apparently the transport picked up the wrong patient, so we will be waiting who knows how much longer. They took the IV out of my grandmother, had her sit up on the edge of the bed to be ready and that was at 5pm. Not one person has come back to check in since 7pm. I have hit the nurse button 2 times now for help to sit her back in the bed and no one has responded. Do not recommend this ridiculous hospital…..side note: so many patients in the ER waiting room, while there were so many open rooms and nurses just hanging around.
