Not bad. It's a public service office where you can find a lot of government service related issues here such as immigration, BPN, Telkom, ATB, Court, BPJS, and etc. It is like one stop service centre for the local citizens.
Purchased a small ready to consume fresh milk box, but guess what? Such a big store, they don't even have a straw for it. Asked the staff, theirs' attitudes were really superb poor. C'mon, it's nearly 2020, the management should improve its employees service attitudes and more educated. Or else, I don't think you can survive in the current market. Get ready to wind up your business if you choose to maintain this kind of poor attitude employees.
