Staff at counter is rude and they look for every opportunity to make extra money, I had visited them for Canada visa.
They insist to avail additional services on pretext that the process will be faster, whereas there is no need for it, timing depends on the embassy.
They have forgot they are just admin staff and not visa consulars.
