Today we visited DOT in Pickering to begin the process of choosing furniture for our new backyard oasis. With a lot of decisions to make we were a little overwhelmed. April introduced herself to us and offered assistance. She listened to what we are trying to accomplish and walked us around the store showing us different options. We decided on the 10x12 gazebo along with other pieces of furniture. April showed us patio tables and we found chairs that we really liked but couldn’t decide on which table was the right one. April made a suggestion and placed the chair we liked beside a table. Wow! It was perfect, making the decision easy. April was patient, professional and really listened. She made us feel valued and appreciated us as first time customers to DOT. We made our first round of purchases and she gave us her card. She made it personal and provided exceptional customer service. Thanks April for a really positive experience at DOT Pickering. We’re looking forward to visiting you again soon.
