Great stuff, but the manager April workinh here seemed totally uninterested, rude and not so knowledgeable. I came here shopping for a Patio set, and asked her if it was available to buy. The reply I got was that "IT IS FIVE OR SIX THOUSAND!" Not sure what she was trying to imply. I wanted to buy hedges, without even checking the system, she said hedges are sold out. I picked up 2 packed hedges right by the entrance and asked her, "What about these 2 packets of hedges?" And she replied, "Oh, yeah these are available." I bought those, and ended up going to Whitby location to purchase more hedges and patio furniture, cause the manager at Pickering seemed totally uninterested!!!! Ms April is causing Dot to lose business.... Sorry, but this was my experience.
P.S. Tracey here should be the Manager cause of her exceptionally pleasant, efficient, hardworking customer service skills. My experience with Tracey positively changed my opinion of Dot staff in a 360 degree turn.
