I brought my mother here today to make a purchase and we had the misfortune of dealing with a very rude elderly lady in glasses and elaborate fake nails and lots of jewellery. We went in curious and with questions and it was very clear this woman did not want to attend to us. This lady raised her voice at my mother when she asked her to repeat the price of jewellery she was looking at. This woman made us feel like we were unwelcome to shop here. We did make a purchase as the prices here are very good and we will continue business, but we will request to have someone else attend to our purchases. The young man that works there great and very knowledgeable.
