The backdrop of so many lovely celebrations over the last 23 years; from skating with high school friends, to new year's eve fireworks, to 4shanbeh soori fire festival right before norooz with the family, to farmers markets, to hanging with friends over a coffee, to night market food festivals. 10/10.
Last year, my partner planned a ceramic workshop at the Dish Gallery and i can honestly say it was one of the best experiences anyone has ever given me as a gift.

We had the workshop to ourselves and Susan really took her time in explaining the history and process of working with ceramics. She was patient and kind while answering all of our questions.

I loved choosing the pattern stamps, and was very happy with the product. I quickly learned that less is more in creating patterns.

As a beginner, i do not recommend expecting the items to turn out exactly how you assume they will; we were aiming for noodle bowls, but i was not strong enough to press down and create the desired depth on my first try. However, i still love and use the bowls (for fruits, yorgurt, etc). We also created small dishes that we use for soya sauce.
I also use every single item for the Iranian Spring Festival/ New Year table every year.

The time seemed slightly short when we got near the end, and the price isnt exactly cheap. But definitely an experience worth investing in.

Thankn you 💙💛

Reasonable price. Good sushi. Excellent location.

Gets busy during the weekday lunch rush.

Disposable containers for dining in seems unnecessarily wasteful. Small containers of extra ginger for 25 cents is just tacky.
