Horrible and inhuman. They are only there to destroy without any consequence and does not consider the emotional well being that children can go through as a result of their decision like they made your creation. My experience is not great they fail to communicate effectively and they do not help men at all with anything. This service with be reported to watchdog, news outlets and government mp's to take action. They need better staff, new training and realistic guidelines to help families.
