If I lived in Orlando I’d 100% frequent this place. It’s a decently priced sports bar with a few unique dishes, tons of seating, TVs and fun games. The drink specials were fun and the food was delicious, both priced decently. We arrived a little bit later on a Thursday when they were close to closing the kitchen and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We ordered as fast as we could and our food came out pretty quickly.
The burger wasn’t exceptional but it was simple and delicious. The fries were odd; kind of like a chip but the same consistency as a French fry. They were slightly crispy.
We also got these loaded tater tots that were AMAZING. The wings were also very delicious. The shots we got were pretty good, definitely on the sweeter side and not all that strong.
We played the International course. I wanted to give this course 5 stars as it was a beautiful course and started off really fun!
It had some wonderful views overall but at the turn we got stuck behind a foursome that the starter told to skip two holes instead of one to keep the pace of play and they only skipped one putting them in front of us. They took way too long messing around throwing clubs and laying down on the fairway that it caused a horrible backup. People were stacked up on the tee boxes because of them and we were about an hour behind pace of play. It didn’t help how overheated we were from being out there and a storm coming in that made us feel like we needed to finish faster. That storm also caused some pretty crazy wind that made the course just that much more difficult. It was already a pretty hard course. I wish someone would’ve come out and pushed them along as everyone including our group was really getting frustrated. People also started hitting up on us, I just wish I could’ve enjoyed the experience more.
We played Indian mound about a year ago and the course was amazing, well kept and fun to play. I wouldn’t say it’s easy but it’s always a little more fun when you can do well. We recently played the oleander course and showed up a little before our tee time to grab food from the clubhouse before heading out and they said they were backed up at least 30 mins in the kitchen with just chips and candy bars available. We were famished and it showed on the course. We waited to get to hole 8 to call for food around the turn and they said they closed at 4 on a Saturday so we couldn’t order at 3p?? We really wanted something substantial but had to settle for candy and chips, not exactly what we wanted. Some of the greens were in less than desirable conditions but the pace of play was good because of a chemical explosion close by. Definitely don’t show up hungry when you have a later tee time.
One of the most beautiful golf courses I’ve ever seen and played. It was still under construction on a portion when we were there, but it was still incredibly breathtaking. This is definitely a bucket list course. You get an amazing view from every single shot. Pictures don’t even do it justice. It goes without saying how well maintained this course is.
