I basically just wanted to get a boat ride on the Mississippi, the actual tour part you have to understand there's not really much to see along the river. We went under three bridges and got the history of the bridges, some history of St Louis and the expansion of America west of the Mississippi. I mean what does anybody expect? You can see from the river it's not very scenic, it's industrial. A lot of people are complaining about it. What did they expect to turn a corner and see pyramids or something? Anyway I thought the staff was friendly. It is hard to navigate the boat if you have disabilities. I had a Diet Coke it was reasonably priced. I was sitting near the speaker so I was able to hear pretty well.
The one thing that I absolutely did not like was them taking a picture of you before getting on board and then walking around while you were trying to listen to the narration and trying to hawk the silly picture of you to you, for $35!!! I told them no way. That's more than I paid for the tour which I thought was a little overpriced at 26 dollars.
I have no regrets about going. Others are upset over the lack of things to see. I suggest maybe going down to Memphis and getting a boat ride there.

I have been going to St Louis since 1991, and I can't believe this year I have just discovered Forest Park. From the zoo, to the art museum, and the park itself which is beautiful with many walking trails and places to relax, it is a must see when in St Louis. It's an easy ride on the light rail from the airport. There are many other attractions there as well, a lagoon with pedal boats you can take out, as well as a restaurant. It's on the site of the 1904 world's Fair and there is a history museum on site which has an area dedicated to that. Walking and biking trails, and restrooms. Check it out You won't be disappointed.
I just visited, I didn't see a show but the building is incredible and the views are spectacular of the Mississippi, Saint Anthony Falls, and the Stone Arch bridge. Also the views of the Mills are fantastic. The overhang is a beautiful relaxing place to sit down and enjoy the scenery. The Amber room on the 9th floor is how to describe, it is a must-see. Admission is free to look.
Had a pretty good experience, came in before lunch the service was pretty quick. The atmosphere of the place was good the music they were playing was great. I ordered a Juicy Lucy burger and can't say I was really overly impressed by this one. Pub cheese on a pretzel bun. I mean it was pretty good but was cooked very well done. It really wasn't that big of a burger, especially for $15. The salad that came with it was refreshing and good. Other than that a pretty good experience, especially for a downtown bar.
Never again will I go there! Have been a patient of Dr. Calabrese since the year 2000, good doctor, but the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. I have had to sit through some incredible wait times over the years, but the recent was the last straw. Had an 11:00 AM appointment, did not get seen until 1 PM! When I asked what the holdup was they informed me the doctor was way behind, this was around noon when a catering person was delivering lunch. I'm not that stupid. I would have left but needed a prescription filled. They did bloodwork that day and called me later in the afternoon and had the audacity to tell me they did not draw enough and I would have to come back in. So after fasting twice for this after the second time they billed me, charged me twice for both visits and also charged me twice for two of the same bloodwork tests. WATCH YOUR BILL CAREFULLY WHEN YOU GO HERE!!!!!! The last straw was today I feel as though I am getting a respiratory infection and asked to come in to get checked out, and the response was sorry, go to an immediate care center or emergency room. REALLY? Get charged that much so I can be seen and given an antibiotic!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! This has happened in the past and put up with it, no more! They cannot handle the amount of patients they have and gouge you. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this awful place. GOOD RIDDANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also when you are sitting on the uncomfortalble chairs for hours waiting there is no entertainment or WIFI.
