Amazing Scandinavian style bakery located right in the heart of Islington wharf. The kids and I had been exploring Mayfield Park (approx 15 mins walk from the wharf) and decided to head to Pollen for some brunch.
The bakery was extremely busy when we arrived, however this didn't deter us from waiting for a table.
We chose to sit inside but there were several seats outside too. Our servers were very friendly and despite the wait the food and coffee was exceptionally good and very reasonably priced.
The egg breakfast muffin was delicious and the neapolitan cookie was very enjoyable.
If I lived near by I'm sure I would be regular as this bakery is truly my kind of place.

Visited this experience using the Copenhagen Card. Firstly, it's worth noting that the experience is located in the same place as Copenhagen's Ripley's believe or not experience. Hence, you can visit both concurrently and if you have the card both attractions are included.
The experience itself is ok. The story of Hans Christian Anderson is fairly comprehensive and brought to life using interactive props. However, it's a very short experience and probably one you shouldn't prioritise if you have time constraints. This said, it's not a bad way to spend 45 mins if you have spare time.

Located on the mezzanine floor within Euston station, this Starbucks is a modern franchise that offers the perfect caffeine fix pre or post train journey.
.
It's always very busy but the service is incredibly fast and efficient.
.
A reliable and predictable choice for coffee but that's a good thing. Love it.

This is such a refreshing amusement centre.
.
During our recent October half term trip to Blackpool we stumbled across this amusement centre. Unlike countless other centres in Blackpool, this place immediately feels different. It's much more modern and clean and feels like there is real conscious effort made to keep everything smart and tidy.
.
My kids loved the range of amusements on offer and this was definitely one of the main reasons why we chose this venue over the competition.
.
Younger children have plenty of age appropriate games and the machines are very accessible and not over crowded. Some amusement centres are a stimulus overload, but this place feels very open and well spaced out.
.
My eldest child (12) really enjoyed the VR games and they were very reasonably priced given the quality and length of the experience. Top tip - the HTC VR game is much better than the White pods and the price is identical. If you've not experienced VR games you will not be disappointed with the HTC rollercoaster ride.
.
The prizes were very much the same as everywhere else but the shop format is much better than the normal counter set up you find in other centres.
.
This is definitely somewhere we will return when next in Blackpool.

This place is a real gem and definitely worth a visit when in Dublin.
The museum is certainly 'little' but don't let this fool you. It's packed floor to ceiling with historic pictures and artifacts that make the museum totally unique.
The tour includes a very interactive and entertaining host who takes you on a journey through Ireland and Dublin using different props found in the rooms. This was excellent and both my kids loved it.
I'm a big U2 fan so this room was also a big attraction for me and I'm sure music fans will love quotes and pictures in this room.
All in all, this is a great place and somewhere I would return to when I'm next in Dublin.
