The parking here is very confusing and a scam. I ended up getting a ticket which is not a real ticket because I did not realize that you have to pay for parking on the app / online before you get out of your car. I was there for about 35 minutes to go to one store and had a $10 ticket on my car….now add fees and I paid $13.75 to visit one store for 35 minutes. I paid it right away and lesson learned. This mall used to be great, but now it has many empty store fronts. They should have left the pay for parking the way it used to be or free. After this parking hassle, I won’t be back much if at all maybe 1-2 times a year if I’m desperate. I’m also going to warn elderly parents not to come here as they don’t have smart phones because they like simple flip phones. I don’t think there’s a way to pay for parking if you don’t have a smartphone. Whole Foods does offer free parking if you spend at least $10…. Guess Whole Foods is one of the few stores I’ll be visiting. Ridge Hill, you will likely lose a lot of customers with this new parking system..hope you think to make it better.
