Ich habe meine Krups Kaffeemaschine zur Reparatur geschickt, weil das Dampfrohr kaputt war und es nicht genug Druck hatte. Bevor ich sie verschickt habe, habe ich ihnen eine E-Mail über das Problem geschickt, und sie haben gesagt, dass sie es ersetzen könnten.

Als ich sie zurückbekam, haben sie gesagt, dass sie es nicht ersetzen können. Das Schlimmste ist, dass sie die Kaffeemaschine nicht einmal wieder zusammengebaut haben, bevor sie sie zurückgeschickt haben. Sie haben sie schlecht verpackt, einfach in einen großen Pappkarton geworfen, was sie komplett ruiniert hat.

Bevor ich sie verschickt habe, hat meine Kaffeemaschine zumindest funktioniert, ich brauchte nur ein neues Dampfrohr. Jetzt habe ich die ganze Maschine verloren. Das Serviceteam ist unerfahren, und die Kommunikation ist schrecklich. Ich verstehe immer noch nicht, wie sie ein solches Geschäft betreiben. Es war eine sehr schockierende Erfahrung, also bitte meiden Sie diesen Ort um jeden Preis.

I visited L'Oceanogràfic on a rainy day in Valencia, and it turned out to be the perfect indoor activity. The aquarium is massive and incredibly well-maintained. The sea life creatures appear happy and healthy, making it a truly enjoyable experience. It was a fantastic decision for a rainy day outing.
The location is awesome, the parking is quite convenient.
I’d recommend to book the tickets in advance. This place can get quite busy on weekends and holidays.

I had an exceptional experience at this lunch spot. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The star of the meal was the fish of the day, which was grilled to absolute perfection - tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. While the prices leaned towards the higher side, it's a justified splurge for seafood lovers. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in presentation. For those seeking delicious seafood with top-notch service, this place is a definite recommendation.

The best authentic South Indian taste. When European ask me what is south Indian food according to you- I am going to send them here. I enjoyed every bite of the Parotta-beef fry. It brought me tear in my eyes, the last time I had this taste was in Palakkad in 2015. This is by far the best restaurant in this region. Finally the real use of the name - Indian restaurant. Not like those fake restaurant name themselves Kerala, Taj Mahal, Taste of India, etc….

Please keep the same quality guys we will keep coming no matter how far it is.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Augsburg Zoo, and I must say that it was a truly enjoyable experience. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable maintenance of the zoo. The pathways were clean and well-maintained, and the entire facility had a welcoming atmosphere.
