It is the worst real estate company., Tiger properties are managed by Al Sabeel for yearly rental agreement ., Initially they said 6 cheques payment and when I managed to collect all the documents and cheques ., At the time of contract just few minutes before they changed the policy and said to provide 4 cheques as their Manager didn't approve.,
When I requested representative to allow me to speak to their Manager.,he said that I cannot speak to manager .,if you want take it or leave it.. .....
I didn't have any other option than to agree , I asked representative to make the contact....after 30 min of waiting he said the property has some problem so he cannot make contract...these guys wasted my 04 days each day it took me hours to wait in their office.......I wish I could have gave them neative rating .....

One of the places special for abayas .,

Cons - Most of the shops have a similar pattern and those who don't have an idea of abayas dress material can cost you more.
Very Difficult to find a parking lot(better to park in RTA building which cost 10 aed per hour ).
Crowded place.

Pros - Prices are negotiable ., Walkable distance from metro.

Affordable market for abayas.. but not much variety.
Designs are old comparatively.
Prices are less.
Still can reduce the price after a bargain.

Paid parking available near by.
