I think it's more underrated than the lake louise. Although famous for its picturesque views, the hike to bow falls, and the namtijah lodge, this still is so amazing to look at it or Kayak in it. It is so serene and quite for you to enjoy the lake and the falls from afar while looking at the glacier and the mountains that surround the lake.

Enjoyed the views and the walk along the way to 1st and 2nd bridge which is a small loop to the canyon

There are always events happening on weekends, and the walk along the river is beautiful. Have a walk or run along the river.
There was a fold festival, a dog show on the day we visited.
