I called for gender reveal donuts. The employee I spoke to insisted they don’t offer this, when I’ve had them before. I had to ask for a manager to help me. Once I found the right person, a friend placed the order so I could find out the gender at the reveal. I needed to make a modification to the pick up time and called. The first thing I said was ‘don’t tell me the gender because I’m the mom and I don’t know’ when she located the order she literally told me me the order, which was incorrect and said BLUE FILLED. So my reveal was ruined for me. I don’t know how I could have been more clear. This was very disappointing. I’d be cautious if deciding to do gender reveal donuts here.
