Recently switched to this office as its closer. Dr Syed is absolutely amazing. Super great with my toddler as well as with me. Unfortunately the low rating comes from the admin staff not returning phone calls for anything-follow ups, new appointments, etc. The only return phone call I've received since being able to actually switch Dr's was telling me I missed my appointment.... While I was sitting in the patient room with the doctor. Would definitely change my review to be significantly higher if this issue was resolved

Since my original review I definitely have better luck in getting calls back within a day/couple days! Hopefully it keeps up this way 😊
