DO. NOT. BOOK.
The apartment has terrible amenities falling apart, chairs that fell apart when sat on, showers with no hook to enable you to take a comfortable shower, toilet roll holders drop off the wall and not even working WiFi.
The team are UTTERLY INEPT in their roles. The apartment was SO BAD I asked to leave and was told I would be refunded but nothing came, even the £500 deposit took 3 weeks to be returned (laughingly this is in case anything is broken. Which. When so much is broken is the very definition of irony)
On booking you’re blitzed with a dozen emails and phone calls and made to feel like you’re out to destroy their apartment (again IRONY) and each mail and call is ruder and ruder.
Eventually while outside the apartment I was asked to call back at 2:30 to get the access code - when I pointed out that actually the time was already 2:40 the person just put the phone down.
Moronic is a word that sits closely next to ironic for both the team and and the state of the apartment.
The management team are BEYOND rude and honestly I doubt have ever worked in service, or anywhere else they could come into contact with people.
