I’m used to buy my running shoes in this shop, it’s been years now and first time I had a problem with a pair of Altra running shoes I came to the shop to look for help, shoe replacement or at least a discount on a pair of other running shoes but instead all I get is the salesman saying that I should try running on the shoes again …. Very disappointed and frustrated. I mentioned to the salesman that the shoe were uncomfortable and causing lots of pain and all I get is “Try them on again???” No, I’m not ok with that, and yes SHAME ON RUNNERS LAB who lost a loyal customer, might not mean anything for the company but it is a new detractor on the list.
