Well said in the last review "corporate greed at its finest" - This company is refusing to refund approximately $12K total from all paying families for a cancelled high school spring break performance at Carnegie Hall due to Covid (that equates to almost $200 per family). They are claiming that's their fee for the "work" they did. IF YOU THINK IT'S OK TO CHARGE $12K FOR MAKING A FEW PHONE CALLS (THAT MONEY COMING FROM SEVERAL FAMILIES IN NEED - WHO KNOWS, MAYBE EVEN PARENTS THAT ENDED UP BEING LAID OFF DUE TO COVID), THEN THERE IS A SPECIAL PLACE IN HELL FOR YOU.
