Hadn't been to the Brookfield Zoo in years and then made it there twice this summer. Went once on a weekday, zoo was not too crowded, park was clean, restrooms could use some updating and new hand dryers, but overall not bad. Second visit was for an event, ZooBrew, which was fairly well organized and we were pleased with the setup of the brewery tasting tents and food. There's lots of work going on around the zoo, so it will be interesting to come back and see the improvements being made.

We found this great little place for lunch on our visit to Minneapolis. The atmosphere is English pub with cool pictures on the walls and a comfortable vibe. Draft beer selection was pretty solid. The food was delicious, my husband had the steak sandwich and I had the caprese toastie and they were both very good! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a laid back lunch spot!
