Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star to this business. I had put a deposit down for a pair of sneakers 2 months back. Mind you when i put the deposit not ONCE did Nelson mention to me that if a deposit was put down i was not able to get a refund. Neither did he reach out to me to let me know, Hey, your deposit is still here and want to let you know that I won’t be able to do a refund regarding on the time frame!!!
That was NEVER mentioned AT ALL, mind you it was my first time at the store during the time i put the deposit!
Store policy says no refunds, exchanges or returns everything is FINAL SALE. This pertains to if you had already BOUGHT SNEAKERS not for DEPOSITS. There’s a BIGG difference!! Nelson thought he was slick! He took my money for a deposit of sneakers I never bought! Therefore he doesn’t want to give back $100. My personal issues has nothing to do with a deposit i made. But because i changed my mind on getting a pair of sneakers, after 2 months he decided to keep my money and do nothing in return. He scammed me and I don’t want to have nothing to do with this store and Nelson. Good luck to anyone who puts a deposit without being told what the requirements are. Nelson you gotta do better!
