Amateurish and flaky. Literally go to any other staffing agency in the city, and you will get better and more professional results, not to mention, the sort of essential communication that is necessary for people who are urgently job seeking.
I had a perfunctory initial phone interview with a consultant, and then a follow-up Zoom interview with her a few days later. When that Zoom call happened, she had no notes with her, and had no idea that she had screened me on the phone only a few days prior. We went through a potential placement, and she said she would be in touch with me over the next couple of days. When I was met with silence, I had to track her down, and she told me that the position had been canceled. Would have been nice to know.
It went on like this for about another week or so, dangling carrots with no communication, no follow-up, no touching base, no updates. Thank God I found a job on my own and pulled the plug. Horrible experience, would not recommend.
