On Friday, called and spoke with Robert. We scheduled an appointment for the next week when someone would be home. He was friendly and professional. Then, on Saturday (the following morning) AV (Victor) called and asked if someone would be home which we were. AV came over, diagnosed the issue and fixed it right away, and fee was very reasonable.
Be assured, they are on speed dial next time we need a reliable, professional and reasonably priced appliance service! I strongly recommend using them!!!!
