23 Paskal is a relatively new commercial real estate development, with the shopping mall-hotel as the main attraction. It's located about 800 meter from the Bandung train station, you can actually walk there (careful crossing the street). The shopping mall targets the middle-class segment of the market, hosting many branded fashions and accessories. And of course there many cafes and restaurants to choose from. Unlike other malls, 23 Paskal has a VIP Musholla located on the second level. It's provided with full carpeting and air conditioning. There's also a storage lockers you can rent for Rp 26,500 the full day.
Tempo Gelato has the most variety of gelato flavor in Yogyakarta, And most of them are naturally delicious. It's also one of the 'must visit' places in Yogya. So it's incredibly frustrating to wait in line to get your order during the high tourist season. Though the place is spacious, still it's difficult to get a seat.
Pasar Legi Kotagede
2023 Mar 09
One of the oldest and existing traditional wet market in the heart of Kotagede. Small streets, please don't use your car, an incredible traffic mess in early morning hours. It's better to use your motorcycle, parking available on the perimeter of the market.
Candi Ijo

Would recommend to visit Ijo Temple in the dry season, when you'd be able to see the wide vista from above. During the rainy season, the visibility is low and most photos taken look like black & white. The parking lot is across from the temple, entry fee is only Rp 7K per person.
Pasar Beringharjo
2022 Nov 10
There are 2 sides to Pasar Beringharjo. The 'front' side which is famous for the batik & gift shops, it's directly accessible from Jl Malioboro. The 'real' wet market is on the back side, the main entrance is from Jl. Mataram. Like most wet markets, it's open early in the morning. On the first level you can find fresh meats (butchery), cooking ingredients and restaurants. Chicken satay is highly recommended, fresh meat and barbecued using traditional wood charcoal grills.
