My partner made a dinner reservation for my birthday. The food looks like something out of a culinary magazine, and tastes amazing! The staff were friendly and professional, from the moment we walked through the door, to the moment we left. It is a quiet, relaxed, amd romantic setting. Will definitely be back.

What a disappointment! I have been to this franchise in joburg and never have I had such an experience. First table we sat at was dirty, so we moved. Then by the 2nd table there was water all over the floor of the booth so we moved again. My boyfriends hot chocolate was made with milk that was off, thankfully, one of the managers changed it for him. Then, because they microwave the hot chocolate, don't know why, the rim of the glasses had crusty dried milk, with sticky sides of the glasses from overflow. The pasta sort of made up for it, but overall, the place was a no. 2 other couples at other tables seemed unhappy as well, which really is a pity.
