It was closed when I got there after a hot and bothersome journey.
Didn't see this mentioned anywhere online when I looked it up.
Staff however were friendly.

Big park with plenty of shade and space to walk, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can rent a little cycle buggy for 4 people or a boat on the miniature lake. The park itself is very arid and dry this time of year, so bring a blanket if you want to sit on the crispy ground.
At one end an impressive piazza and some small food stands throughout.
