During our family vacation in Italy we planned to stay a couple of days in Rome. We booked a family room in another hotel when we arrived at the airport in the evening through hotels.com. But the room was not available due to overbooking. After some telephone calls they managed to contact Borghese Rooms and late in the night we arrived where the responsible Marco received us. He had done a great job on short notice and arranged one room for us the first night. The next day we got one additional room. The rooms are nice and comfortable, and the location is very nice and quiet, close to the Borghese Park. A common kitchen area with fridge is also available, and a light continental breakfast is offered, with juice, coffee, yoghurt and pastry etc. Marco also recommended several good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed our stay in Rome and in Villa Borghese Rooms.
