Wow! I'm pretty impressed! Everything was so good! From food & service to ambience, everything was awesome! Saturday evening & we, family of 5 were seated almost right away. There was even a kids menu!
Food: There was not "too much" rice vs fish. The fish was also fresh and the rolls tasted really good; even the ones with sauce was not overpowered by too much sauce. Menu also had eats other than sushi. Ribeye beef teriyaki was good; chicken katsu was crispy, and kids beef teriyaki is steak straps but not as tender as the ribeye beef teriyaki.
Service: Friendly greeting right away. Waiter was also very friendly, quick & efficient. He asked if we wanted food out as it's ready or all together which was considerate. He also made a great suggestion on what else to order based off a roll we ordered. All staff we saw had smiles on their faces & positive attitudes. Kitchen was closing but Waiter was able to still squeeze in an order which was great.
Ambience: Great lighting (we're one of those peeps who like to actually see their food). Atmosphere was comfortable & casual enough for adults & families.
100% highly recommending this place!
Ps. Ordered 13 items & total came out to $160ish (tip excluded).

First time stopping by Midtown Grill with hubs & kiddo. We really enjoyed it. I had Pastrami w/garlic fries & a side ceasar salad, hubs had Angry Bird w/Buffalo fries, & kiddo had chicken tender kids meal w/fries & a strawberry shake. That shake was delicious. Not overly sweet but you can definitely taste the strawberries & it's not so thick that you can drink through a straw but not so liquidy that it melts so fast; it was just the right texture. Unfortunately we forgot to take pics of food & only got the shake but you can see food pics off Yelp also.

Pros: place was clean, service was fast, friendly, & efficient. Generous food portions & tasted good.

Cons: None as far as our first time goes.

Recommend: Absolutely check them out!
