Beautiful setting for a walk, a little slice of countryside despite the close motorway and airport. Be mindful if it has been raining as there is a lot of mud! Car park and also be slippy as there is ice in the winter time.

Beautiful park, not too big so doesn’t take too long to get around. You can just go round the pond or some paths lead to another area closer to the town centre. Good sized car park. Little cafe for tea and coffee etc it really nice as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are great. Amazing venue, lots of entertainment on in the weekdays including bingo, comedy, music and a monthly quiz. Great place to hire out for parties and events.

Really enjoyed my meal here on Sunday a couple of weeks back. We went for the Sunday roast and it was amazing, you could tell the meat was really high quality and it tasted better than other pub roasts I’ve had. Good range of beers (Tribute) at the bar and nice cider (orchard thieves). Would recommend the roast pork and the trio of roasts. The deserts were also amazing, would recommend the cheesecake.

Summary: amazing, really good quality food and really tasty. But high on the price side but the standard and taste really makes up for it making it well worth it. Will be returning :)
