Denise Cloud

I arrived for my appointments at 9:00 am. My apt at the lab was for 9:30 and ct @10:00. I stood at the front desk where you walk in door until 9:40. There were 2 women at the desk, one was working with someone. The other just watched her. She never acknowledged that I was there. I stood there 40 minutes. Finally I said something. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes before I got to the room where they ask you all the financial questions. I was late to both appointments. I showed up 30 minutes early. This is inexcusable.
