Refused handing over subpoena documents unless I told the clerk what I was trying to subpoena, her superior came out and asked the same thing so I brought up the legislation on my phone & 15 minutes later in an empty office I finally received it with nothing to do they finally printed it off fresh & handed it over with the utmost disgust attitiude & a filthy scowl displayed by both clerks, who are coincidently female.

The magistrate ended up denying me my civil rights and liberties by denying my access to a lawyer by rushing me through a half empty court house even though to this day I still have not been provide with the complete Brief of evidence from muswellbrook police nor was this provided before court so my right to self representation was utterly trampled over & the magistrate negated to even discuss why, OVER CHRISTMAS TIME Sydney criminal defence lawyers were quite shocked at how corrupt this small court really is.

The court house employee’s use politically minded magistrates who do deals with the police to rush charges through the court without evidence.

If you want to sue do not do it in the hunter valley as they are too corrupt to yield any results whatsoever & the commonwealth ombudsman has said they are inundated with complaints about the nsw justice system so this is not an isolated or one time thing!

before I could even finish a sentence the manger had interrupted me 4 times, and then as I stood my ground and explained her own actions to her she became more and more agitated while also continuing the behaviour and throwing absurd accusations around simple because I mentioned I would be elevating the issue to the next appropriate entity within the hierarchy structure as this was only met with further aggravation of her temperament and further obscene accusations and during this whole process I had to actually tell the manager she was interrupting me and she must allow me to finish 4 different times and I still had not even explained my issue yet, what makes things worse is I was calling in response to the treatment my disabled father received earlier that morning who also requires assistance understanding these sort of things after which "Louise" lashed out a multitude of times over the phone attempting to convince me that my father had never turned up, I do not appreciate being blatantly lied to in an attempt to cover your ignorance with further ignorance all while throwing accusations around in a demeaning and aggravated tone.

further more the manager's verbal statement was in direct conflict of the services mission statement posted on their website, so I requested her verbal statement to be written and emailed to me for record purposes and the manager "Louise" refused this even though it is their legal requirement if they wish to provide a service within the state of NSW.

Very disappointed that this small town mindset has found its way into the most basic of government funded service's, while also being in direct conflict of their own published mission statements, and very disappointed that such behaviour came from a community centre let alone it's manager.

The Ombudsman's closed today so I guess that's something for tomorrow
