There is a jaw dropping moment when you first cross the drawbridge and walk up the cobbled street. You are transported back to medieval times and, although it's quite commercial and "touristy", the architecture has been lovingly restored and maintained! There are many shops, some selling very good quality art and some selling tourist trinkets and everything in between! There's a wonderful choice of restaurants to choose from and, surprisingly, very reasonably priced! A great place to wander around for a few hours!
