I have been trying not to complain lately, but this was just plain hurtful! After waiting since July 8th until today (August 31st) for the scroll with her Date of Death to be added to my mother's headstone in their Catholic section, I decided to call today to inquire if it was indeed finished. After going through a couple of people, I was coldly told, "Oh, yes. It was installed August 7th." Their Associate with whom My husband and I made all the arrangements, told us he would inform us when it was completed. No call was received. So, I proceeded to call and ask for a Manager, so I could share my disappointment with him or her. I called before 11am this morning. I even called back a second time in the afternoon, and no Manager "was available." Now, I am more hurt that no Manager cared enough about my feelings to call me and apologize that I was not properly notified when the scroll was completed! Bad form and bad business, especially when my husband and I spent over $2,000 for my mom to be interred there, and also considering this is how they treat someone who is grieving the loss of her mother! Please choose somewhere else for your final resting place, or your loved ones might be treated the same way!!!!
