So there is a $100 dollar cancellation fee if it's within 24 hours but they never answer their phones so how are you supposed to cancel or reschedule???
They called me at almost 10pm the day before my appointment to reschedule because the doctor needed to leave early (that's fine but I feel like you knew this well before 10pm). I then realized I was busy that day and have tried calling everyday since only to be left on hold AND THEN HUNG UP ON AFTER 20 MINUTES because they refused to answer their phones. There is no way you're that busy first thing in the morning on a weekday. They obviously just don't answer their phones. The receptionist that called me late at night was also quite rude, as if I had called HER when her newborn son had JUST fallen asleep. Tsk tsk. This place needs some help.
