Built in the 18th century and named after the Ottoman Grand Vizier(Prime minister), "Tekeli Mehmet Paşa Mosque" is one of the most important Ottoman mosques in the port city of Antalya. The mosque has a central dome with 6 semi domes around it. Tekeli Mehmet Pasa mosque is located just behind Antalya's well known clock tower at the entrance to Kaleici (old town).

Located just across the road from Uskudar ferry station on the Asian/Antolian side of Istanbul and commissioned by the daughter of Sultan Suleiman the magnificent in early 1540's, MIHRIMAH SULTAN MOSQUE(also called Iskele mosque) was designed by famous Ottoman chief architect"Mimar Sinan" & completed in year 1548. It's one of the Ottoman era mosques constructed on a raised platform.
